Actually i think these are ingrown hairs which are perfectlly normal. Im not 100% sure though

If I am correct, you only had surgery a few weeks ago. the "goosebumps" could be left over scabs or dead dry skin. There are other possibilities, but without seeing pictures of the area, it's difficult to say. Maybe someone can take some closeup pictures of your temples? Unless Im mistaken Thininhouston is over a month post-op. That seems a little late to have scab's. |
