Hi there firstly I would like to say how great I think this site is. I am 23 and have been loosing my hair since i was about 17 and it has been my worst nightmare. I have started looking into ht and have decided that I 100% want to go ahead with it. I live in the united kingdom and was hoping for some imformation or recomendations on surgeons in britain I have been told I need around 1500 grafts and the cost would be 4000 pounds I dont know if this sounds right but any info would be so highly apreciated. This really will be a life changing experience for me so I will be so gratefull for any imformation.

Welcome SMO77, I think the overall feeling here is that clinics in the UK are not performing the greatest HT's. Of course, that is not a fact, just a simple observation. Perhaps you can PM a member here who goes by the monnicker "hairworthy" who lives in the UK. He is having all of his work done here in the states so it is worth a look. Either way, he may be able to steer you in the right direction. Welcome again, and keep us posted!
