From what I understand, a complication of a brow lift is raising of the hairline, which sometimes people get hair transplants to correct.

Now using that same idea, if a hair line was transplanted too low, would a brow lift or some modification of that procedure be an option to raise and correct the hairline? And would it stay raised?
