I know I just saw a thread about shampoos and such, but what is THE or some of the ingrediants you want to watch out for in a shampoo for hair loss?

No shampoos regrow hair so it really doesn't matter.. Nizoral would be the only shampoo which has illustrated some mild "hair count" increase properties..
