before seeing my physician at the end of the week,i would like your opinion.
i'm 32 years old and nw5.
i think that i need 6000 grafts (perhaps more)to have a good density.
i shall need therefore at least two h.t.
question is:
must me be focused on a part of my head for instance the front area and the top and in second time the vertex or then cover enterity and augment density later.

How you proceed is between you and your physician however, at that level of hair loss, assuming you have the donor supply, I'd consider hitting the front first, creating a natural hairline, going for as much density as possible in the frontal half and then in the second surgery target the crown. But it honestly depends on what you want to accomplish with surgery.
