Finally took the plunge, I am at about the 5 day mark. After the two week mark I will give a full detail to help everyone as much as I have been helped.

My regiment so far has been to sleep upright for 5 days. Vitamin C 1000mg 2x a day, Post surgigal biotin spray (given by my doc) works great. Bathing once a day to remove scabs. Also neosporine 2x a day I will probably use this to day 5. Ice all the time.

I was wondering if any of you had other recomendations. Is it ok to use neosporine or will the hinder healing. Is there a limit to how long I can use ice, it feels good.

thanks

let all work together

Please see my link below for healing recommendations. I used oral anti-biotics, Vitamin C, Neosporin, vitamin E or Aloe gel at times, and a gym headband to prevent swelling. I'm 4 weeks out of my second HT and have nothing but a super-tiny sensitivity in the donor area (say, if my kid whacks me).
