I read through some other posts about scalp exercies and went to Jotronic's excellent site. However, I'm not clear on the instuctions.

1) Do I work the back of my head exclusively for 5+ minutes then do the sides or do I alternate every minute or so?

2) How long do I keep the scalp in the up (or down) position once I push it up? i.e. is it 10 seconds up then 10 down or some other combo?

Thanks!

Jersey23,

10 seconds up 10 seconds down is a pretty good way to do it. Sometimes when i was doing it, I found myself pushing for longer intervals just because I felt the stretch if you know what I mean. But you want to do the back for awhile and then switch to the sides. Sometimes I would do the back, sides, then the back again, then the sides again...just to break it up.
