I'm 12 days post op and had my stitches out Friday. My donor scar seems to be kinda red and bumpy. I've read here that the redness will go away but the slight inflamation (puffiness) and the way the top and bottom of the scar area meet seem to be a bit uneven (the top seems to be higher than the bottom) is concerning me. Will this improve / is it normal?
Thanks for any replies in advance!!

I have the same scar characteristics. It evens out over time. My scar is still very slightly "bumpy" in the back, but the sides have completely flattened out.
