hi folks, i have my procedure booked for early this oct and have only been able to do the the scalp exercises in the evening for about the last two weeks ive started doing them in the morning from today on. So Ive got about six weeks left and im guessing i still have enough time to get good laxity?? Although i dont think ive noticed much of a difference in laxity so far and ive been watching jotronic's utube video on how to them. Also i have to appear in court in early december (2months after ht)so im a little concerned that my head might look weard but im a norwood3 and have good native hair so i'm hoping i can grow a beatles type fringe and disguise recipient area at the front. Do you think ht procedure is too close to court appearance? thanks

You will have been doing the exercises w/ enough duration/frequency to get an improvement; of course, the longer the better. Though, this is only up to a point -- I believe Spex has said that the scalp can become *too* elastic, though I imagine this is rare.

Court appearance -- there is an excellent chance you will be totally squared away. Shockloss can always rear its ugly head, though. Are your grafts going to be planted in an area w/ native hair?

You should have enough time to make a positive difference in your scalp laxity. The improvements will be incremental and you will not be so conscious of the differences on a day to day basis. Keep it up, you should be fine.

Regarding the court date, you may look a little thinner if you have any shock but you won't look like you just got out of surgery.
