If I am one of the guys who doesn't get the best amount of fu's from a strip extraction for whatever reason, how can I get more?

IN OTHER WORDS WHAT COULD BE DONE TO ASSURE A BALDING AREA WOULD HAVE SUFFICIENT coverage when a Dr. harvests? I have a small area in the back to do, the size of a grapefruit and would hate to come up short on what the Dr. harvests but if I am one o those guys that doesn't get the best yield what can be done?
