It's been quite some time, but I wanted to spread the good news that live help/chat is back and available every other Wednesday night at 9:00pm to 10:00pm Eastern Standard Time.

What a better way for balding men and women to receive immediately answers from our veteran forum members.

Please note that the day and time has changed. This is not set in stone but thought it was time for a change.
