I am at 5 weeks after a 1300FUs transplant to the hairline.

I have seen many long, strong hairs falling of from the surroundigs area. They all have a white something at the end. It is like a bulb but sometmes they don't have any shape at all.

DeadCactus, I'm sorry you never got a reply back to this post since you included a very interesting picture. I'm curious about how your shock loss went. Did it eventually stop? Have most of the hairs grown back along with the grafts?
