Going point !

I'm at 5 months post op. 2500 FU front area only, and see about 10% of that actually growing. That translates into 5-10 hair pers sq.cm. (5 FU/sq/cm).

Does anyone know of any legal avenue one could pursue regarding a transplant that didn't grow ? Any experience out there with that ?

who was your doc first, and second, even if you could sue and win for non-growth, 5 months is way too early to judge...so you'd be laughed out of court.

Be patient. Every vet here have gone through the same process. Excitiment - recovery - questioning - bitterness - hope - and back to excitiment.

Many times the results are so gradual you cannot relaize them. Do you remember seeing yourself grow as a child? Nope..Gain weight? Nope.

Please, don't kill yourself and draw conslusions. Give yourself a minimum of 6 months to see the least bit of cosmetic result

Give it at least another 3-6 months before you are passing judgement. If you went to a reputable doctor, they will want to rectify the situation without any legal crap involved. Most clinics will have a policy as to what to do if no grafts grow.

This is a rare thing anyways unless you are talking body hair transplants or FUE or your surgeon was a real idiot. Even the worse of HT's from the 70's or 80's always (unfortunately) found a way to grow.

I concur with my buddies, it's too early, wait at least 6 to 8 months, late bloomers take one year. I am also in the dooldrums of the patience game, it's the toughest part, the HT in itself is a piece of cake compared to the cycle we are in.
