Ok, I had to buzz my hair down with a #1 guard to be able to do the scalp exercises. I just couldn't do them without my hans sliding around on my hair and/or pulling the crap out of it. I quit doing them a couple of weeks ago and started agian yesterday. So, how much benefit will it be since I go in to see Dr. Hasson on 20 March?

pushing,

1 month will give you plenty of benefit....just be diligent in doing them for 30 minutes every day. I broke it up...15 minutes AM, 15 minutes PM.

Wow, are you serious 30 minutes?? Obviously the more the better but it does seem like a long time when I can do a 30-45 minute workout for my entire body.

I guess if you have the time it certainly will help.

Nervous,

yeah, 30 minutes I believe is what was recommended by Hasson and Wong. It's a lot...but it's worth it.

30 minutes, yes, but not all at the same time. It can be broken up into five minutes spurts throughout the day.

I keep seeing people say that scalp exersizes are worth it....

For those that know it's "Worth It"... About how many extra graphs can it net (1 month, 30 minutes per day)??

1% ? 5% ? .... Any clue of any measurement would be nice to see.

Is there a link to the exercises? A tight scalp is one of the concerns made by Dr. Bernstein.
