Is there technology available and utilized to measure someone's density? As opposed to a doctor simply eye-balling your scalp and giving a rough estimate/guess?

Such measurement analysis does exist. I saw a post on this recently where I believe it was Dr. Bernstein did a donor density analysis and it was displayed right there on the computer monitor.
