Does anyone take a daily hair supplement or vitamin?

Yes, I take a multi-vitamin daily. Only for overall health though. Vitamins may make your hair look healthier or possibly grow a little faster, but don't expect it to regrow your hair or halt your hair loss.

I take MSM regularly, and have been pleased with the results, though this product is not meant to be for hair!
