I had my transplant performed on Jan 17th by Dr Ed Griffin in Atl. I had questions concerning shedding of new grafts. I know that it is normal, but what is the usual time frame for this to occur? Also, I am seeing some grafts (very few) shedding right now. These grafts are attatched to what looks like the crusts that have been falling off. Is this normal? There is no discomfort or bleeding.

Everything is normal. Everybody is different as far as shedding but they are usually all gone in a month ,except for the ones that stick around and keep growing.
