Hi all,

Just wondering, when is it safe to start taking long sauna's after a HT? I'm three weeks post op and would like to resume my sauna regimen.

Cheers

Like its not hot enough in Sydney already mate...? Sauna sessions hey... hopefully that involved lots of naked swedish girls..?

3 weeks post op is fine - actiully might help speed up healing due to increase blood flow Cool

Thanks spex,

For the record, it's winter down under and no, Australia is not as hot as a sauna! Though in the future who knows...If I can find a sauna with naked swedish girls i'm there, but this is for general health and wellbeing.

Cheers,

Matt
