I was curious whether or not you steer your potential clients away from shaving their heads. I recently spoke with one surgeon that said that shaving the head can tear good existing hair from the roots and should be avoided. I've currently been shaving my head with a razor (bic-style), to conceal my hair loss (somewhat), until I get a ht. Am I damaging good donor hair and the hair I've got left? Would shaving my head with buzzers on no setting be a better alternative, or worse? Please advise.
