Ht hairs do not become dependant on Minox to my knowledge

I am a paid showcase and "patient coordinator" for Feller Medical, PC in the UK - all opinions expressed are my own.All assesments and treatment plans are made by Dr. Feller alone.Be aware of clinics who use paid non-doctor consultants to assess your hairloss as this is absolutely illegal in the U.S., U.K., and Canada.

bullitnut,

Only hair that is miniaturizing can become dependent on minoxidil. DHT resistant hair whether native or transplanted will not.

In case you don`t already know this, minoxidil is a basicaly something you use to promote the blood flow to the scalp hence promoting the strenght and growth of your hairs.

Like I was told by Dr. Rahal, aAfter and HT you should use minoxidil at least during the 12 month so that your hairs come out quicker and strongher.

I will stop using after 12 months and have been assured that transplanted hairs are not affected by stopping the usage of minoxidil.

Hope this helps.

Cheers.

Using Rogaine Foam 5% for the 12 months cicle and Nizoral 2% on ocasion.
