Hello guys

I am 3 months post op and during the night I caught myself scratching the transplanted area unintentionally !! when I look at it,nothing has happend but am very afraid that I may cause damage to that area.

I would really appreciate your response.

My doctor told me that after 10 days that the only way to remove the follicles would be surgically so I'm pretty sure your safe. That's pretty much what I've also heard on this site as well. Good luck to you.

You can't damage the grafts at this point because they are deeply rooted underneath the skin.

However, be careful not to over-irritate your scalp by scratching too much. Itching at this stage is a sign of activity underneath the scalp which means some new hair growth is around the corner Smile.

I really think it is,I remember when I was worried about little red dots on my planted area,Falc told me that it is a sign of growth and damn he was right,I can definitely see growth so maybe I am just entering the next phase Smile
