I was thinking..wishfully that if I had 2000 graphs(4000ish hairs)in my hairline and temple area and 15% were to survive and grow...that in a month after 85% have shed I would still have 300 graphs or 600 hairs in my frontal hairline?
That would be a nice improvement short term before the big improvement 5 months later? does this make sense? |

Thin,
When you say "survive", I assume you are referring to "not shedding" as opposed to failed grafts? I wouldn't count on 15% of your transplanted hairs not to shed. In fact, I am pretty sure that all my hairs shed for all 3 hair transplants. But even if 15% don't shed, 300 grafts won't give you a great (even temporary) cosmetic improvement. Try to look beyond the first 3-5 months - they certainly are the hardest. Best wishes, Falc To learn about how I restored my hair, read my hair restoration story with pictures.
