First let me say Dr,Alpeter of Bosley did suggest that I do 1400 in the front for my first go around..Being a 43 year old male and new to this game I just wanted a suttle look added to the front of my existing hairs..After my first HT.the counselour told me I will like it so much that I will be back for a second I told him right there--no frigin way and you know something he was right.

Yes if you do bigger procedures Bosleys price works in a sliding scale..

I believe I read that Dr.Bernstein who I see is very highly regarded on this site charges 6 dollars per gragh for the first 2000 then I believe 4 dollars per afterwards...

NO I did not pay a total of 22,ooo dollars for both.Trust me if that was the case I would have said SEE YA...

It sounds like you may have had 1 of the VERY FEW Bosley docs that actually produce good results. Are you comfortable posting before and after pics? If so put them up and we'll give you our honest opinions. And like I said before if your happy thats all that matters

I'm sure Bosley has some good docs, and it sounds like you got one. The advantage of independents is the competition is such that they most likely have to deliver good results to stay in business. At Bosley, they are so big they can afford to hire guys without the same experience or some other issues.

For the record, I got 2500 from Dr. Cooley for $9k cash, and Dr. Charles quoted the same. Both are world class surgeons. Just for comparisons sake.
