Can Rogaine cause hairs that are not/will not be affected by MPB to shed?

I've used Rogaine for awhile; it's good stuff.

It won't cause any hair to fall out. It causes some of the weaker hair to fall out, but that'll come back healthier. It seems to thicken your hair slightly... not in density, but in a way that a good conditioner would.

Extra strength seems to make build-up on your scalp. Yuck.
