chris,
The average head of hair contains about 100,000 follicles. Beause the recipient area in itself probalby contains about 50,000 of them, there will never be enough donor available to achieve a full head of hair. Only an illusion of density can be created for those who are experiencing levels of NW5 and 6. NW7 will have an even larger area to cover with even less available donor - therefore leaving it impossible to create full coverage and even an illusion of density.
