| 40 year old class 5v patient desired frontal hair restoration. He was informed pre-op that in one session he could have a very acceptable hairline and reduced crown. A 2 layer tricophytic closure was performed. We were able to obtain 2835 FUT grafts. The patient had excellent donor density. The following number of grafts were utilized. 2215 three and four hair grafts, 315 two hair grafts and 305 single hair grafts. Approx. 9000 hairs were utilized. |
