Dr. Keser presents this patient from Germany. He takes minoxidil but no finasterid. 2200 grafts transplanted with FUE on December 2008, filling his hairline and the sites, obtaining a very homogeneous and natural result. Punches sizes 0.6-0.9 were used. This patient provided 15x 5-hair grafts, very exceptional, never seen before in our clinic. His hair count was above average.
His baldness pattern was not usual, and he has to plan his next step rightly. He has about 6000 FU reserves ( calculatet only for FUE ) if he can accept a donor density of 50 grafts/cm2 ( actually 82grafts/cm2 on the back, and 67grafts/cm2 on the sites ) .
If his hairloss on the front will start , he needs a lot of grafts for cover his front back. So he has to think also about a combination of FUT / FUE and BHT for filling his crown.
At the moment he is planing his second surgery with all opportunities.
