This patient came from abroad for repair and fill in of old syle minigraft work. We dense packed 3,000 grafts in one visit into the areas that needed the most attention.

Fantastic result Dr Feller. Just one question though, When you do repair work on a patient. How do you deal with the old mini grafts, do you just work around them or remove them in some way. Just curious.

Thank you. When possible I leave the minigrafts and just fill in the areas around them. If they are too far forward on the hairlin, then I FUE them out and replant them elsewhere.

Yes, he has very ideal hair characteristics for HT. Thick caliber, wirey, and salt/pepper color.
