| Pt is a 42 YO male with androgenic alopecia affecting bilateral temples, posterior frontal forelock and crown. He had been on finasteride, 1.25 mg/day for one year at time of initial consult. Transplanted graft count as follows: 1's = 542; 2's=1755; 3's=310; DFU's 150. Acceptable closure tension. Tricophytic closure. Patient was a "late bloomer" as he didn't notice any new growth beginning until month 4. Here at month 7 post op, he certainly can expect more growth in the coming months, and we will update his progress in the next couple of months. |
