More credit needs to be given to clinics who offer patients -- prospective and otherwise -- the clarity and transparity that "HD" gives.

*A Follicles Dying Wish To Clinics*

1 top-down, 1 portrait, 1 side-shot, 1 hairline....4 photos. No flash.

Follicles have asked for centuries, in ten languages, as many times so as to confuse a mathematician.

Enough is enough! Give me documentation or give me death!

Dandruff certainly could be the culprit. I do see flakes
Damn Joe if you can watch the video for a little over 2 minutes take a screen shot, upload it and post it in one minute time you are a magician. Smile

I also agree that other clinics should pay their consultants a little more to shoot vids if thats what it takes
Joe since its so easy and quick how about taking videos upclose in HD right after surgery.
It would really helps those that keep pming me about what the different follicular unit sizes are .
You know 1,2 3,4s Thanks bud

Joe,

Yep, it could very well just be dandruff. Thanks for the explanation.

All the Best,

PGP,

I took the screenshot, and it literally only took me about 30 seconds to take the screenshot, edit it slightly for size and post it on the forum. Add that to the time it took me to watch the video and wallah :-)

I was just kidding with him in that it would take the average guy 3 plus minutes [vid included}and me an half a day not a minute.
Give me something to build or a motor to work on on and its a whole different story.
The only thing I know how to edit on here are my posts the next day after Ive had a couple the night before Wink

Bump

July 3rd, 2009

This local to Vancouver patient wanted to have an improved appearance for his wedding. Two procedures were performed with the second being ten months ago. The hairline was rebuilt in a conservative fashion but with healthy density.

Proper temple recession was established so that the result would be consistent with that of an adult male. His cousins now call him the "Persian Elvis".

Thank you, thank you very much.

Bump for new video.

July 10th, 2009

This patient had two procedures with Dr. Wong, the first of which was in early 2002. The second procedure was performed in 2003 for a total of 2932 grafts. The final result shown is six years post-op. The hairline and crown were the focus of each procedure. This patient is one of our consultants in our Vancouver office.

I meant to ask Doug if he had a procedure done...I was just wondering why he worked there, I really couldn't tell if he had surgery.

Amazing result.

This local patient came to see Dr. Hasson two years ago. He requested hairline reconstruction for a younger appearance and for the option for more hair styles. 3355 grafts were used to accomplish his goals.

Hey Jotronic,

Out of curiosity, what was the ethnicity of the patient in the above video? I'm thinking Asian. Am I right? If you know, is he Chinese, Japanese, Korean, etc.? Thanks in advance.

Redkun,

The patient video you linked to is not of an Asian patient. He is perhaps Persian or some Middle Eastern ethnicity.

The newest video as of July 17,09 is now up.

For this patient Dr. Hasson was able to achieve quite a transformation. A rebuild hairline and frontal zone with coverage back to the crown has given him the appear of a full head of hair. This video is nine months post-op.

Incredible video and comb-thru's -- huge improvement in but 1 sesh! The 'ne plus ultra' of documentation.....HD video with slow, meticulous comb-thru's.

If I had to guess, the majority % of candidates don't require a 4k+ session, and so it isn't the "norm"; but it seems that 4k+ is the typical graft target that can get hit on any virgin scalps who has average density+laxity from H+W.

thana, thats why I think H&W are the only docs who can easily and consistently do 4k+ in 1 shot.

July 24,09 - new video

This patient had two previous "1000 graft each" surgeries in the UK that left him with with these unsatisfactory results depicted in the before photos. Dr. Hasson placed the majority of the 4371 grafts in the frontal zone both to provide naturalness and hide the old work. Some grafts were placed mid scalp and into the crown for overall balance. This patient will be back for scar revision to reduce the scar from his UK procedures and to add density in the mid scalp and crown.
