This 50 year old fitness fanatic was acquainted with one of our techs and came in with significant thinning behind his frontal tuft. We discussed options, and as a businessman, he didn't want to have his tuft shaved, so we did a U shaped case preserving the tuft.
He arrived an hour late, and had very tough skin in which to place grafts, and later admitted to staying on green tea--a big no no at our office. Today he walked in unexpectedly, not having shown for his scar check; and looked good. Initially I though he probably didn't have any growth yet, but when we compared the preop and today's above and hairline pics, I am guessing he has 40% growth. So much for following the rules to insure quick growing.
He is supposed to come back at the holidays, and I'll put up pics if he shows.
