This fellow presented for 1 year followup and has done well. He has a nice natural hairline and minimal scar; and has been a nice referral source and reference patient for folks to call.
Custom 0.72 mm and 0.85 mm blades were used to give a nice non-straightline hairline and a 2 layer trichophytic closure was used on the donor site.
