Even though this patient came from Massachusetts he had the forethought to bring a Yankee hat to my office- as opposed to that Boston team. That kind of respect deserved some recognition so we gave him a few extra grafts on the house  3,124 grafts in one session. Dense pack, lateral slit. Before and just at end of procedure. |
