| This patient came from abroad for a dense pack megasession to not only rebuild his severely receeded hairline and temple triangles, but to re-enforce the remaining hair he had on the top of his head as well. Because he had such fine hair we decided to do a minimum of 4,000 grafts. In the end he received over 4,300 grafts in one day. Here are his before photos, intra-op photos, and 9 month post op photos. Also click the video to see him at 9 months post op. We also did a second surgery of 2,600 grafts on him to fill his crown and further thicken the hairline.
