This patient received 2353 grafts to add both coverage and density.

412 were single hair FU's placed all in the hairline. The pt. requested strengthen hairline and add some density to frontal forelock area.

The remaining 1941 were two or more hair FU's placed behind the singles. All placed in the frontal 2/3. T

The donor area was closed with the trichophytic closure using the double mattress closing technique with a running stitch.
