This is a patient who wanted to lower and more importantly thicken his hairline and fill in his temples. You can see the plan of attack in the pre op photos where I have penned in the areas to be filled. We used 310 single grafts, 791 double grafts, and 547 big grafts, for a total count of 1648 grafts for his hairline.
