Patient came in with thinning in the frontal and vertex/crown areas. We placed 486 single hairs in the anterior hairline and the temple bilaterally. 1,637 grafts were place in the posterior hairline and the anterior frontal region Dr. Friedman did trichophytic closure on the patient making the scar less apparent.
