This fellow came in back in April for a consultation, met an intraop patient, and had his wife, a local physician, ask alot of pertinent questions. Last week we did 2500 grafts for him, roughly 45% were doubles. He had a great donor region and had done some sporadic scalp exercises for 2 weeks preop. His wavy thick donor hair should really fill in the front, which was significantly worse preop on the right than the left--although the left was beginning to thin more quickly per his history.
Preop, intraop, and 1 week pics are shown. He'll be back in a few weeks for a scar check, and I'll try to put up pics then too, as well as next Feb and next summer.
