| Patient had multiple sessions of large grafts done by another physician. The pre-op photos show these grafts. Dr. Rosanelli did multiple sessions in order to remove the large grafts. These excision sites were sutured. The grafts were dissected into follicular units and recycled. The hairline was reconstructed using single hair follicular units, and frontal scalp and mid scalp were reconstructed using two and three hair follicular units. A total of 3,908 grafts. |
