Looks good. It blends with the existing hair perfectly, but I wonder how much of that was native and how much was part of the previous work. Assuming that the hairline we're seeing is transplanted, then it looks like the previous transplant(s) was a good one.

All opinions are my own and I endeavour to help. Dr. Rahal is a member of the Coalition of Independent Hair Restoration Physicians |

The hairline seems very soft, and natural. Spex, how long did this procedure of 350 grafts take?

Im real impressed. Im shocked by how much coverage has been achieved with only a 350 count. But it looks like the patient had great hair characteristics.
The patient must be thrilled. Maybe this is not the right place to ask, so apologies if not, but how much does a procedure of this size cost with Dr Feller? Also, Spex, whats the kind of timeline you can expect regarding growth in an FUE procedure of this size? Thanks for the comments - kind of you.
I do not know exactly how long the 350 FUE session took but its very common for the doc to perform 200-400 in an afternoon session especially now since the new tool. So 3 -4hrs approx I will see if there are any donor shots taken in the guys file - not a 2 min job so leave it with me mate. On all accounts the patient is thrilled hence called back in to the office to thank the doc. I do not know exactly how much this patient paid but as any experienced poster/patient will inform you never let price dictate your session. I think you have asked me about FUE cost previously Raph and as i probably stated before Dr Feller "officially"charges $10 a graft for FUE although patients get more grafts than they pay for at Fellermedical -There have been a number of post by Dr Feller patients to confirm that too very recently. An example i believe Shanti receieved 487 for the price of 400. I do not think there is an association between time of growth and size of session. Hope this info helps I am a paid showcase and "patient coordinator" for Dr Feller, Coalition Member in the UK - all opinions expressed are my own. Tremendous case! Really awesome just how far that 350 went -- truly strengthened his hairline. Great design, great yield, and great donor quality really can go a looooong way.

SOL,
Dr Feller can perform upto and in the region of 1500+ FUE grafts in a day ON THE RIGHT PATIENT. It's impossible to perfom FUE without shaving down the donor area. Dr Feller does not over hype FUE and has always tried to help explain that FUE has its place within this industry. Patient physiology plays a vital role in the number of grafts that can be extracted safely in one day. I just wrote an email to a gentleman who wants FUE and I thought this info will be appropriate here too. EVERYONE i speak to wants FUE. What you need to understand is FUE is a very difficult procedure to perform well and there is a reason the most consistent FUE clinics only perform small sessions of 1000-1500 in a session. I would need to run your pics past Dr Feller for him to assess your eligibility first and i am not saying that he would not take you on as an FUE candidate but its important you understand FUE firstly. Strip is a MUCH better way to utilise YOUR donor area LONG TERM, much more efficiently and effectively LONG TERM. FUE is only suitable for small sessions up to around 1000+ grafts - This is all you may require... Strip on the other hand enables you to use your donor supply safely and enables you to achieve more grafts in one session whilst managing it effectively for further sessions if needed.. Once you have used up the strip donor sufficiently THEN its a better idea to go in via FUE to tap in to further donor supply if the demand for greater numbers is there initially. FUE is not magic, it is surgery and you will much sooner run out of it as a supply of donor hair, compared to Strip. It all depends on what YOUR individual requirements are. Think of it like a grid of marbles. Removing marbles at random from all over (FUE) compared to a line through the middle (strip) which then you close up leaving the grid uniform as it was. Much more efficient way to UTILISE your LIMITED donor supply. If you keep going in via FUE again and again it can ONLY take you so far - then you may well need strip to help meet the ongoing demand. However a strip then taken will be FULL of voids where the FUE 's have been extracted. Not a great way to go about maximising your donor supply IF the demand is there, LONG TERM. Have a look though the various FUE results here by the Doc to see the a variety of FUE results/sessions and how it is best used. If your goal compares then the doc may well be prepared to help via FUE once we have seen your pics and agreed an approx outline.
