Beautiful work, and excellent pictures of honest clarity and variety. From top to bottom, this is one of the finest FUE cases I've ever seen.

1 top-down, 1 portrait, 1 side-shot, 1 hairline....4 photos. No flash.

Follicles have asked for centuries, in ten languages, as many times so as to confuse a mathematician.

Enough is enough! Give me documentation or give me death!

Excellent. This FUE result is on par with nearly any strip surgery I've seen. Dr. Feller is truly dedicated and produces great results.

One more post just because I think this is a crazy cool result -- I agree 100% w/ FHTD that this is fully on par with any excellent result you'd see produced by strip. Again, I specifically love the variety of photos and angles that truly show how natural and seamless the HT has been.

Very nice!!! A perfect example of how a little goes a long way when properly placed.

Cheers!

Spex,

I agree with everyone else that the result looks great.

Out of curiousity, how old is this patient and is he on Propecia? Triangular hair transplants (whether via strip or FUE) are certainly appropriate fof some patients (like this one) however, could lead to a ridiculous looking hairline in the event of future loss.

What is the long term hair restoration plan for this patient?

I look forward to your response.

Bill (Falc)

It looks like this patient has fine hair, but was still able to get a good result.

Rachmunas4life, Dr Feller currently charges $10 a graft for FUE and was performed in one session.

Falc, this patient is early 30's has a family history of hairloss limited to the temples and believe is on meds. He has plenty of donor area left to rebuild more of the front should he need it.

All the best

I appreciate the additional detail Spex. Though I know Dr. Feller among many other elites develop a long term strategic plan with their patient, it's helpful when it's shared with the community.

Thanks again,

Bill (Falc)

I don't know how I almost missed this thread. Thanks for posting the photos spex, I nearly forgot about presenting this FUE patient.

Thank you to everyone who commented.

I remember him and recall how concerned I was about his fine hair, which is why I doubly insisted on dense packing the areas. Thankfully he recoved the full caliber of each hair AND he had a virtual 100% growth rate which is impressive for FUE surgery.

If I recall correctly he was NOT on meds and believed that he would not have significant further recession because his dad and grandfather had identical limited hairloss patterns.

Thank you all again for the kind comments.

Remember, FUE is NOT always as consistent as strip surgery so take that reality into account when trying to decide between the two procedures.
