I am losing a lot of hair, and need something fast, as I am having a hair treatment in a few weeks. I just want something to partially halt the loss. Is there a medical pill for women? I have been instructed to use pureology shampoo and cond for the salon treatment, so monoxidil or rogaine is not an option. If you know of anything at all, let me know. I am trying iron now.

There are just way too many things out there one could try. I'll mention this one because it's quite new- I have no idea if it'll help your situation. It's Jan Marini's Age Intervention Revitalizing Conditioner. VERY expensive though.

Internals..there's L'oreal's "Hair Mass". Some would say you can get the ingredients separately, cheaper. Haveron is a chinese herbal product. Biosil may help. Etc etc.

Their a couple of new formula out their, but I wold only trust the one's that are natural. Check the ebay store and type in hair loss. Look for the most impressive one that has before and after pictures. Im sure you will find a great one out their. Good luck with your hunt.
