John2008, I read recently that general anasthesia is not necessary for many--almost all cosmetic procedures like has been liberally used in the past, and some doctors now are just using local so you don't have to be completely put asleep, which is safer. Also lasers are being used for surgery addressing different eyelid/bag surgery, which leaves far less bruising and quicker recovery times, so do your online homework.

This Problem Which You Have the Best Solution For this Is to Have Blepharoplasty It's really very Affective One Of My Friend have same Problem He's opted for this Eye Surgery that is Blepharoplasty Now Around One Year is Passed after his Surgery he's Perfect Now there is no Problem Now.
