Something seems off for sure... strange. If it were real, it'd have been covered all over the place by now I'd say...

It seems like a general plastic surgery company. When you click on the "English" menu it takes you to entirely another webpage. Also, it does not say how many hairs can be multiplied. And to make matters even worse it seems to be in Flemish or German .
