Hey everyone. I've been reading these forums for a little while I think it's really great that everyone on these boards are so helpful to each other.

I'm 21 and sadly am starting to experience thinning on the head, particularly deep receding hair lines and noticable thinning on the top.

I know there are a lot of experienced posters on this board, and I was wondering if any would be willing to help me out with a basic beginners strategy to start to combat and possibly reverse the effects I'm seeing.

I recently ordered Propecia online but haven't started to use it yet. Is there any combination with propecia I should think about--rogaine/propecia or nioxin/propecia etc?

If anyone could help me out and throw out some steps to take, I would be very grateful.

The best regimen is propecia and rogaine foam. Also vitamins, a good diet and exercise could also help. I've also have been using the laser comb 20-30 minutes a week.

Got hair has given you some good advice. I would also say that starting to use Nizoral shampoo couldnt hurt. It says it's for dandruff but has been shown also to block DHT
