Identical twin or fraternal? Either way, its a good indicator to get off the bodybuilding drugs. Start on propecia, a 5% monoxodil or higher, and some 2% nizoral shampoo. That's seems to be the holy trinity...you can try all other regimes, but through and through this seems to be the best regime if you could afford it.

You're young, you have that going for you! You should definitely see good results, but you should start as soon as you can. Don't be so down on yourself!

I started losing around the same age and have regained my crown and maintained (and regained/thickened up a bit) my hairline. I've been very satisfied with the results.

Minoxidil and Rogaine are the same thing. Most people will say that it does not help with the front hairline. However, I use (although not religiously anymore) Dr. Lee's 12% formula and felt it helped.

If you go to his website (google it, not sure I can post it here) you can check it out.

Again, the younger you are and the earlier you start you can typically expect better results.

Also, I'd start using a good thickening shampoo, it'll help with appearance and confidence.

The product is called Xandrox.

For a thickening shampoo - not too sure actually. I used to use bumble & bumble's thickening shampoo, but I don't know if its any better than the rest.

well one thing, if you were to go outside, your hair looks alot better dry

i would dry hair drying your hair, it gives a fuller appearance of density since the heat separates the hair further apart.

like previously stated
minoxidil and rogaine are the same, generic minoxidil will be cheaper though.

im not sure about lee's forumula, i dont think anything besides finasteride and minoxidil are proven to halt hair loss or grow hair.

instead of that i would just recommend any volumizing shampoo at your local stores.

just prepare if u do take finasteride or minoxidil its a commitment, any gain that you receive is lost once u get off the medication!

peace
