Im wondering if I can get some expert opinions.

Im hearing some good things about Rogain Foam rather than Propeia (impotence). Im thinking of going with Rogaine but is it ok to just apply it once a day instead of 2 times ?

I noticed im starting to thin in the crown area, im 29.

Another question is regarding Shampoo. What Shampoo's do you recommend to keep your hair strong and healthy.

I like Revita Shampoo.. As far as meds, impotenece is a small percentage of the people taking propecia.. In my opinion, I think it is essential you stabilize your hairloss prior to transplant or you may continue to lose hair.. propecia has the best chance of doing this as Minoxidil is by my standards, 2nd in line in terms of treatment..
