Hi guys
i have suffered a lot from shampoos and conditioners which contains SLS a friend of mine told me that he is washing his hair day after day(7 times every two weeks) with just cool water with no shampoo or conditioner he told me just eat well and his hair is as good as pre shampoo with much less hair loss is this true? |

SLS (Sodium Laurel Sulfate) is a cheap ingredient that helps turn a shampoo gel into a gentle lather. It's contained in most every shampoo and doesn't cause or facilitate hair loss.
