Hello all. I am a 29 y/o female suffering from hair loss due to a combination of heredity and PCOS. I have been searching around and saw a website that said tricomin works well with minoxidil. I haven't started any regimine yet. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Tricomin is good for your scalp but won't do much to your hair. Minoxidil is much better but you can use both

Thanks for your suggestions. I just looked up Revita, I saw that the recommended usage is 5-7 days a week. Do you use Nizorol as well or do you find that you don't need it with the Revita?

BlueCat,

Revita and Nizoral have the same active ingredient ketoconazole. In my opinion, the only reason to use Nizoral would be if you are going to use the 2% solution as Revita only contains 1%. Nizoral 2% however, should only be used 2 or 3 times a week as it can dry out the scalp. I have not found that to be true with Revita.
