Can anyone give me a how-to on hooking up with a Propecia precription - is it still available only by first going to your physician, or can I get it over the counter? If so, where?

Also - how effective is Propecia (on the crown area)?

Do it really grow hair or just keep what you have?

And has anyone had any awful side effects (i.e., shedding, sickness, etc.)
